The Challenge

Problem We Solved

Land valuation modeling required complex geospatial visualization that traditional 2D mapping tools couldn't adequately represent. Researchers and planners needed an intuitive way to visualize property values, development impacts, and urban planning scenarios in three dimensions while integrating with existing valuation datasets.

Our Approach

The Solution

We built an interactive geo-visualization platform using Cesium for 3D globe rendering, combined with custom JavaScript visualization layers. The RAISE (Real-time Analysis of Infrastructure and Site Evaluation) Toolkit enables users to explore land valuation models in immersive 3D environments, overlay multiple data layers, and generate reports for stakeholder presentations. The platform integrates with GIS databases and supports real-time collaboration between research teams.
